The cost of a DIET DOC doctor consultation, personalized diet plan, medication and products varies, based on your budget. Lowest amount for new patients to get started is $299, and averages $199/month during course of weight loss treatment.

Yes. DIET DOC patients only talk to actual doctors who are U.S.A. educated and licensed to practice medicine in the U.S.A. and living in the U.S.A.

Diet Doc is not a primary care health solution. Diet Doc focuses on weight loss.

DIET DOC is NOT designed to handle emergent medical problems. You should contact 911 if you are experiencing a medical emergency.

Diet Doc has determined to only provide care for adults 18 years and older. However, in rare cases, and if the doctor approves, minors can receive nutritional guidance (no prescription medication) only.

DIET DOC does not guarantee prescriptions. It is up to the doctor to recommend the best treatment. DIET DOC doctors do not issue prescriptions for substances controlled by the DEA, non-therapeutic, and/or certain other drugs which may be harmful because of their potential for abuse. Typically, prescription medications are common and prescribed when Diet Doc Doctors approve and prescribe.

DIET DOC does not dispense prescription drugs. If the doctor prescribes medication, it is submitted electronically by fax to a specialized pharmacy for fulfillment on your behalf and sent directly to your home or office.

Health records are kept totally private and we employ robust encryption methods to protect your personal information. You determine who can see the information in your record.

If a prescription medication is sought, based on your health history, at the doctor’s discretion h/she may deny an individual for a specific medication or all medications.

DIET DOC visits are NOT available outside of the United States.

Physicians have up to two (2) business days to diagnose or ask for more information if needed.

You will be notified by the doctor if your prescription is approved. All prescriptions are submitted to the pharmacy as “patient specific” in your name, and mailed directly to your home or office. If denied a medication, during the doctor consultation, you will be verbally notified by the doctor.

In order to make sure our Diet Doc Providers customize a diet plan for each individual, and in order to achieve the highest rate of success, we do require an intake with specific questions.
